Imperfect with Flaws:
 
Sold as a 32 piece set only, this listing is for a dollhouse 1:12 scale lot of furniture and accessories. 
 
Miniature dollhouse 1:12 scale ceramic sink has a tap that is uneven. Sink measures 2  11/16 by 2  1/8 by 1  3/4 inches. 
 
Miniature dollhouse 1:12 scale ceramic old-fashioned toilet has some glue showing in places. The toilet seat is loose and there are some issues with the seat paint. Toilet measures 5 by 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches. 
 
Vintage grandfathers clock has some dings and discoloration. Clock measures 6 by 1  3/4 by 1  3/8 inches.
 
The chandelier works and has a battery, but the top magnetic piece is missing. 
 
The little resin chihuahua is over-sized for 1:12 scale and needs re-painted. 
 
The littled felted bears have imperfections (as shown in photos). White and panda bears each measure 1 1/8 by 1 inch. 
 
Coffee cup has some resin bubbles and the candelabra has one candle that is a little crooked. 
 
Nothing is wrong with the remaining pieces.
