This listing is for one unfinished wooden birdhouse. The roof has a repair which is shown in 3rd and 4th pictures, but would not be noticeable when painted. House measures 7 3/4 by 6 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches.  House may require a bit of sanding before painting.
