🕰 In keeping with normal business hours (unless my shop is on vacation), I am able to respond to messages from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday EST.
Returns & exchanges
I don’t accept returns, cancellations or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to make it right.
📦 Shipping and Processing times
All items ship within 1-3 business days from my home in Findlay, Ohio. I ship orders on Monday - Friday (not including holidays) via USPS First Class mail.
All orders will ship with tracking numbers. A flat rate shipping and handling fee of $3.95 is added to each order under $75.00. Orders $75.00 and over ship free. I cannot accommodate rush orders.
🌎 International Orders
At this time, I have suspended shipping internationally.

All the items in my shop are non-edible and could be choking hazards to children.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Orders totaling more than $100.00 will require a signature at delivery.
***Please note that all items from my shop are shipped with USPS tracking numbers. Unfortunately, I am not able to replace orders which are marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
Wholesale and Resale
I do not offer handmade items at wholesale. My handmade items are not intended for individual resale. I will have to cancel any future orders from customers who are found to be reselling my handmade work. I have no problem with my handmade items being incorporated into larger projects for sale, but I do ask that credit be given to my shop in the listing.
Custom Orders
