Shipping and Processing times
All in-stock items ship within 1-3 (unless they are purchased with a made to order item) business days from my home in Findlay, Ohio.
Please allow 5-8 business days for made to order items to ship.
I ship orders on Monday - Friday (not including holidays) via USPS First Class mail.
All items listed in my Handmade Shop and Handmade Jewelry sections are made by me. I'm a one woman show. :-)
Unfortunately I am unable to hold or reserve items.
All orders will ship with tracking numbers. Orders $35.00 and over ship free.
International Orders
At this time, I have suspended shipping internationally.

Customer Service Hours
🕰 In keeping with normal business hours (unless my shop is on vacation), I am able to respond to messages or emails from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday EST.
Payment options
Secure options:
I Accept Credit Card Payments through Square, PayPal and Square Gift Cards.
**Square and PayPal keep your payment information secure. I never receive your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
I don’t accept returns, cancellations or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to make it right.
Are any of the items in your shop meant for children?
All of the items in my shop are non-edible and could be choking hazards to children.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Orders totaling more than $100.00 will require a signature at delivery.
***Please note that all items from my shop are shipped with USPS tracking numbers. Unfortunately I am not able to replace orders which are marked as Delivered by USPS.
Wholesale and Resale
I am unable to offer handmade items for wholesale.
My handmade items are not intended for immediate individual resale. I will have to cancel any future orders from customers who are found to be purchasing my handmade work, with only the intention to resell it.
I would be honored to have my handmade items incorporated into your larger projects for sale, but I do ask that credit be given to my shop in the listing.
Custom Orders
I am unable to take custom orders.
If a product you like is out of stock, you can click the "Notify When Available" button on the product's page to receive automated updates about the item. When I receive the notification on my end, I will add the handmade items to the top of my project list or reorder any out of stock supplies.
Miniature Scale and Size
Please be sure to read item descriptions. I try my best to make sure each listing is described as accurately as possible. Apart from the Half Scale Section of the Supply Shop page, my miniatures are all 1:12 scale. Any non-miniature items in my Handmade Shop will be clearly marked as not miniature, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about a listing.
Sales Tax
I don't meet the sales thresholds to collect online sales tax in any state other than Ohio.
