Sold as a set only, this listing is for a dollhouse 1:12 scale hand-painted and lightly distressed pink "Gingerbread Baking Co." wooden sign. Sign measures Sign measures 1 7/8 by 3/4 inches. Sign was made using digital graphics from CraftyMamaStudios on Etsy. 
 
Set also includes a "Holiday Gingerbread Recipes" book. I designed the cover using graphics from TheAestheticClip and Heart2Heart Digital on Etsy. The inside pages of the book are blank and book measures 7/8 inches tall.

🌸Unfortunately, I am unable to take custom orders.
 
📦All orders ship within 1-3 business days. I ship orders Monday - Friday (not including holidays) via USPS First Class mail.
 
📫I only ship with tracking. A flat rate shipping and handling fee of $4.95 is added to each order under $35.00. Orders $35.00 and over ship free.
 
🌻I am unable to hold or reserve items. My prices are firm.
